Providing antioxidants, calcium, iron and phosphorus, reducing bad cholesterol and increasing good cholesterol, increasing metabolism, preventing osteoporosis and anti-inflammatory properties have made sesame one of the main foods in maintaining the health of the body.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, sesame oil also has significant properties. Unsaturated fats play a very effective role in preventing heart disease and controlling cholesterol levels; while saturated fats act completely opposite. Unlike many oils, nearly 80% of the fatty acids in sesame are unsaturated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sesame seeds contain a combination of unsaturated fatty acids, minerals, carbohydrates, protein, and also large amounts of vitamins. The most important vitamins in sesame include B vitamins and vitamin E. As you know, B vitamins play a very important role in the development of fetal organs and improving the health of pregnant women. Also, consuming vitamin E is always recommended by doctors during pregnancy. Sesame seeds, with the presence of these vitamins, are an important part of the diet of pregnant women, which helps the health of the mother and fetus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, one of the most important substances that should be provided during pregnancy is calcium. Proper calcium intake during this period has a positive effect on maintaining the health of bones, heart, muscles, nervous system and skin. Also, during pregnancy, one of the biggest problems that pregnant women struggle with is iron deficiency. At the same time, sesame is an excellent source of calcium, iron, phosphorus and vitamins B and E for the mother and fetus. In addition, the antioxidant properties of sesame seeds and sesame oil strengthen the immune system of the mother and fetus. Also, sesame oil has a positive effect on the development of the nervous system of infants due to its essential fatty acids.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remember that the arbitrary use of any herbal or chemical medicine during pregnancy can have very undesirable effects. For this reason, even when using purely herbal substances, one should not overdo it.
