Ingredients for making vinegar molasses Ashkaneh

  • Vinegar molasses: 1 cup (5 parts grape juice and 3 parts grape vinegar)
  • Wheat flour: 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 4
  • Mixture of fenugreek, dried oregano and mint: 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion: 1
  • Frying oil containing Oghab sesame: as needed
  • Turmeric and salt: as needed

How to prepare

First, fry the onions in frying oil containing Oghab sesame, then add the flour to the onions and fry for 3 minutes with the onions.

 

Next, add the mixture of fenugreek, dried oregano and mint, turmeric, salt and molasses vinegar, stir and allow to boil, and finally add the eggs.

 

Vinegar molasses Ashkaneh is ready after 5 minutes.
