History of Oghab

Oghab Halva Company was founded in 1944 by the late Shadrvan Seyyed Jalil Naseri and initially began its activities in the field of producing sugar halva in a small workshop in the Pachenar neighborhood of Tehran. After growing and developing over the years, in 1996, Oghab Halva Factory was moved to its current location, located in Shahriar County in the west of Tehran Province. He passed away on the morning of June 13, 1999.

After his death and with the registration of the company as a private joint stock company, his son, Mr. Seyyed Jalal Naseri, was appointed as the Managing Director, and with the targeted decisions of him and the board of directors, the growth and development of Oghab Halva continued at a faster pace than before.

In 1378 AH, along with the establishment of the ISO9001 quality management system and the formation of various units, the stages of progress and development of the Oghab complex, including product diversity, physical development, technological progress, and the expansion of laboratory services and quality control, entered a new stage, and various departments were created, including production halls with an area of ​​more than 5,000 square meters and warehouses with an area of ​​more than 3,700 square meters.

Also, the second factory of the Oghab Halva Company was launched in Dezful city in Khuzestan province with the aim of developing business infrastructure and producing various products.
