Yogurt and tahini sauce

In the first step, mix the yogurt and Oghab’s tahini well with a mixer until it becomes firm and uniform.
Then add sugar, salt, pepper, and fresh lemon juice and mix until the sauce consistency resembles yogurt or cream.
If desired, you can grate a little lemon peel and add it to the sauce.
This sauce mixture can be a good option for serving with meat dishes and even instead of mayonnaise for various salads.
