Ingredients for making fried truffles

  • Rice flour: 250 grams
  • Water: 170 cc
  • Baked potatoes: 2 pcs
  • Sugar: 100 grams
  • Oghab frying oil: as needed
  • Roasted and ground peanuts: 250 grams
  • Powdered sugar: 100 grams
  • Oghab roasted sesame: 150 grams

How to make fried truffles

In the first step, mix the cooked potato with 100 grams of sugar. Then add the rice flour and water little by little until a smooth dough is obtained. Wait a little while for the dough to cool. Mix the powdered sugar and ground peanuts in another container.

Then take a small amount of dough (equivalent to 20 grams), flatten it with a rolling pin, add some peanuts to it, then shape it into a ball, and finally roll it in roasted sesame seeds and fry it in oil for frying. Enjoy!
