Sesame date balls have a warm nature and a very pleasant taste due to their ingredients such as dates and sesame.

This dessert can be a good choice for providing daily energy for fasting people due to its energy-generating ingredients. You can also use this dessert as a healthy and nutritious snack.

Ingredients

Stoneless dates (depending on the number of people)

Half a cup of powdered walnuts

1 tablespoon of cardamom powder

Half a teaspoon of ginger

50 grams of melted butter

Oghab sesame as mush as needed

How to prepare

First, remove the skin of the date and then fry it in butter until the date has a soft texture. If the date you have chosen is hard, we recommend that you place it in hot water before removing the skin and then fry it.

Then add the powdered walnuts, cardamom powder, and ginger to the dates and fry for 5 minutes.

At this stage, knead the resulting dough and shape them into small balls.

In the final step, roll the date balls in the roasted sesame seeds of the eagle halva and then refrigerate for 1 hour until your dessert is ready.
