Ingredients for making eggplant with sesame sauce

  • 4 eggplants, cut into cubes and cooked
  • Cooked lentils: 2 cups
  • Chopped coriander and parsley: 1 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup
  • Oghab sesame: half a cup
  • Oghab sesame sauce (optional flavor): as needed
  • Oghab sesame oil: as needed

How to make eggplant with sesame sauce

First, fry the eggplant with two tablespoons of Oghab sesame oil. Of course, depending on your taste, you can also use the eggplant as a grilled or boiled dish.

 

Then add the cooked lentils, coriander, parsley, and Oghab sesame to the eggplant.
