Ingredients:
Pumpkin: 300 grams
Oghab tahini: 3 tablespoons
Rose water: 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 3 tablespoons
Cinnamon powder: half a tablespoon
Walnuts: 2 tablespoons
Cardamom powder: half a tablespoon
Pistachio nuts: 2 tablespoons
Water: one glass
Preparation:
First, wash the pumpkin and cut it into desired shapes. Place the pumpkin pieces in a pot and add a glass of water and let it boil over high heat. When the water starts to boil, add the cardamom powder and cinnamon powder and sprinkle the sugar on the pumpkin and then cook for 10 minutes. After cooking, remove the pumpkins from the water and add the Oghab’s tahini to the water in the pot. While the pot is on the heat, stir slowly until the custard thickens slightly, then add the rose water. Pour the custard mixture over the cooked pumpkins and then garnish with walnuts and pistachios.
Enjoy!
