Large potato: 1
small onion: 1
chopped parsley: 1 tablespoon
Egg: 2
Oghab sesame seeds: 5 tablespoons
Salt, pepper and turmeric: as needed
Frying oil containing Oghab sesame oil: as needed
How to prepare
First, grate the potatoes and onions and remove their juice.
Add the chopped parsley, salt, pepper, turmeric and Oghab sesame seeds to the potato and onion mixture.
Then add the egg to the mixture and stir well until they are completely mixed together. Place the frying pan on the gas and wait a little until the frying pan is hot, then pour the frying oil containing Oghab sesame oil into the pan and fry the Kuku batter in it.
That’s it, your sesame Kuku is ready.
