Ingredients for making Chicken and Broccoli with Sesame
- Chicken breast: 700 grams
- Broccoli: 4 cups
- White vinegar: 1/4 cup
- Oghab refined sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
- Oghab sesame barbecue sauce: half a cup
- Grated ginger: 2 teaspoons
- Oghab roasted sesame: as needed
- Cooked white rice: as needed
How to make Chicken and Broccoli with Sesame
First, set the oven to 204 degrees Celsius.
Cut the chicken breast in half. Then mix the Oghab sesame barbecue sauce, vinegar, Oghab refined sesame oil, Oghab roasted sesame, and ginger in a small bowl. Pour most of the seasoning mixture over the chicken breasts, turning them over to coat them completely. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, place the chicken pieces on the sheet, and place them in the oven. After 7 minutes, remove the chicken breasts from the oven, turn them over, and place them back in the oven. Once the breasts are done, remove them from the oven. Simmer the broccoli for 10 minutes until tender, then mix in the remaining seasoning in a small bowl.
Serve the chicken and broccoli with cooked rice.
