Sesame and honey sweets

Ingredients

  • 40 grams of soft butter
  • 120 ml of liquid oil
  • 50 grams of honey
  • 1 egg
  • 190 grams of white flour
  • 75 grams of roasted Oghab sesame
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 40 grams of pistachio kernels

Instructions

First, turn on the oven and set it to 175 degrees Celsius. Then, in a separate bowl, mix the butter, oil, and honey until completely mixed.

Then, mix the eggs and add the flour, roasted Oghab sesame, baking powder, and chopped pistachios. Mix all the ingredients together, and finally, form the dough into small balls and place them in the oven tray. Be patient for 9 to 12 minutes until the pastries are cooked and ready to serve. Enjoy!
