Chopped chicken breast: 700 grams
Chicken broth: 1 bowl
Oghab refined sesame oil: 4 tablespoons
Crushed garlic: 1 clove
White flour: 2 tablespoons
Corn flour: 2 tablespoons
Corn starch: 3 tablespoons
Baking powder: as needed
Oghab chili sesame sauce: as needed
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
White and red vinegar: as needed
Sugar: 4 tablespoons (50 grams)
Oghab sesame: as needed
Frying oil containing Oghab sesame oil: as needed
How to prepare
First, mix the chopped chicken breasts with red vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Oghab sesame oil, corn flour and white flour, mix well and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to rest. Next, to prepare the sesame chicken sauce, pour chicken broth, white vinegar, Oghab chili sesame sauce, sugar, cornstarch, baking powder, remaining soy sauce, crushed garlic, and remaining sesame oil into a bowl and mix well.
Then place the frying pan on the gas and pour frying oil containing Oghab sesame oil into it and fry the chicken. Then allow the excess oil from the chicken to drain and then mix with the prepared sauce. Finally, pour the Oghab sesame over the chicken pieces and eat.
