How to make carrot and sesame burger

Ingredients

  • 750 grams of grated carrots
  • 410 grams of chickpeas
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoons of Oghab Tahini
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of Oghab sesame oil
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of Oghab sesame
  • Salt and spices as needed

How to prepare

First, mix one-third of the grated carrots with chickpeas, onion, 2 tablespoons of tahini, cumin, and egg until you get a dough-like texture.

Next, pour 1 tablespoon of Oghab sesame oil into the pan and fry the remaining grated carrots for 8 to 10 minutes.

Finally, add the carrots, lemon juice, Oghab sesame, breadcrumbs, and salt and pepper to the mixture you have prepared in advance and mix the ingredients thoroughly again.

At this stage, divide the dough-shaped ingredients into 6 parts, shape them into hamburgers, and fry each part in oil for 5 minutes, on both sides, until golden brown.

Hamburger buns, lettuce, onions, and urad dal sesame sauce complete the taste of your carrot and sesame burger!
