How to make tahini cake with Oqab sesame oil
In recent years, due to the increase in people’s awareness of health and nutrition, foods must have appropriate nutritional conditions in addition to desirable sensory characteristics in order to be selected by consumers and included in people’s diets.
Among the healthy desserts and snacks with high nutritional properties, Ardeh cake can be mentioned. The most important ingredient of this cake is tahini, or ground sesame, which is a rich source of minerals, vitamins and antioxidant compounds.

A short guide to preparing "Tahini Cake":
Tahini is a product obtained by grinding unpeeled and roasted sesame seeds while preserving all their nutritional properties. This product is used in the preparation of various foods, sweets, and desserts. This product is produced and supplied in household packaging (270 and 600 grams) and bulk (3 and 20 kilos).
How to make tahini cake?
Step 1
Separate the egg yolks and whites. Beat the egg whites at high speed until stiff enough to hold together when turned upside down. Then refrigerate to cool.
Step 2
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla until creamy and fluffy. Then add the sesame oil and milk and beat for another minute.
Step 3: Next, add the tahini Oghab and continue mixing.
Step 4: Finally, mix the flour and baking powder together and add to the ingredients and continue mixing until the ingredients are combined. Then add the beaten egg whites to the ingredients and mix gently and in a circular motion with a whisk because this will prevent the cake from puffing up.
Step 5: Lightly grease the bottom of the mold and sprinkle with flour, then pour the cake batter into the mold and place in the oven, which has been preheated to 175 degrees Celsius, for 35 to 40 minutes until the cake is ready.
This product is oil extracted from sesame seeds that is refined to increase the product’s stability. Refined sesame oil contains unsaturated fatty acids, omega-6 and omega-9, has very good nutritional properties, and is suitable for all kinds of salads. This product is produced and supplied in glass containers for household consumption.
After the cake has cooled, return it to the desired serving dish. If desired, you can use sesame seeds and Oqab sesame cream to decorate.
