Pumpkin stew with sesame seeds

2 cups ground Oghab sesame seeds
300 grams chicken fillet
1 cup cooked pumpkin
1 cup hot onion
1/3 cup pomegranate paste
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups water
Oil, salt and turmeric in required amounts
How to prepare
First, fry the chicken fillet with oil and turmeric, add the sesame seeds and continue frying the ingredients.
Remember that over-frying will cause the ingredients to taste bitter or burnt.
Then add the water and pumpkin and let it simmer for an hour and a half.
Finally, add the salt, sugar, pomegranate paste and hot onion and let the stew simmer. In this way, your dish is ready to serve.
