Sesame Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Cooked and chopped chicken fillet: 2 cups
  • Chopped bell pepper: ½ cup
  • Wheat sprouts: 1 cup
  • Chopped carrots: 1 cup
  • Oghab sesame seeds: 1 cup
  • Soy sauce: 4 teaspoons
  • Oghab peanut butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Oghab sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • White vinegar: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

First, mix the cooked chicken, chopped bell pepper, wheat sprouts, and carrots in a separate bowl.

Then, in another bowl, combine the Oghab sesame seeds, soy sauce, Oghab peanut butter, Oghab sesame oil, ginger, garlic powder, and white vinegar.

Finally, pour the salad dressing over the salad ingredients and serve the salad in less than 15 minutes.
