Sesame smoothie

Roasted sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons
Banana: Half a piece
Orange: 2 medium pieces
Milk: Half a cup
Crushed ice: 2 cups
Cinnamon or vanilla: As desired
First, blend the sesame seeds with milk in a blender. Then add the orange, banana, and ice and continue blending until smooth. If desired, use a little cinnamon or vanilla for flavor.
Your healthy, sugar-free, sesame-based smoothie is ready.
