First, put the pan on the gas and wait for the pan to heat up.
Then pour the sugar into the pan and wait for the sugar to melt a little and turn golden.
At this stage, add the butter and roasted Oghab sesame to the sugar and fry for a while until the ingredients form a dough.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on a flat surface, place the dough on it and spread the ingredients with a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into the desired shape with a knife.
Your Mazandaran dessert is ready to serve.
