How to make fig dessert with tahini and Oghab date molasses

  1. First, put the dried figs in a container containing boiling water and let the figs soften for an hour.
  • If you wish, you can also use fresh figs, in which case there is no need to soak them.
  1. Then rinse the figs and put them in a suitable container.
  2. Add low-fat milk, chopped walnuts, cinnamon and roasted oghab sesame to the figs and mix together.
  • Instead of low-fat milk, you can use plant-based milk (such as almond milk, oat milk, etc.) to have a fig dessert suitable for vegetarians.
  1. Pour the ingredients into the desired container and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
