How to Make Chicken and Vegetable Rolls with Shawarma Sauce

    1. The first and most important step in the recipe for chicken and vegetable rolls is to prepare the chicken breast. Grind the chicken breast and add salt, pepper, and infused saffron to it and mix well. Next, add the garlic powder and mix again until it becomes a paste.

    • Note: If the chicken breast is in pieces after grinding, grind it again. This will prevent the chicken roll from losing its uniform shape in the final stage.

    1. Open a cellophane of the appropriate size (depending on the width of the pan and baking tray) and spread the roll batter evenly on the surface of the cellophane.

    1. Place chopped parsley, Oghab chili sesame sauce, cooked carrots (not chopped) and bell pepper slices in a linear and crosswise manner inside the roll dough and use cellophane to roll the roll dough and press it well.

    • Note: You can change the vegetables according to your taste. But keep in mind that the vegetables should not have too much water, because it will cause the chicken roll to fall apart during the baking stage in the oven. Even if the roll does not fall apart, its consistency may be lost and its appearance may be spoiled after cutting the roll. For example, if you want to use mushrooms, be sure to steam or fry the mushroom pieces in advance.

    1. Roll the chicken roll in breadcrumbs until the entire surface of the roll is covered with breadcrumbs.

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius to be ready for the next steps.

    1. Completely coat the bottom of a grill pan or pan with frying oil containing Oghab sesame oil, then fry the chicken rolls until they are crispy and golden brown.
