Veggie wraps are one of the most delicious vegetarian meals that are very easy to make. You can make a delicious wrap sandwich with a variety of vegetables.

Oghab sesame sauce is an excellent option for this wrap. Oghab sesame sauce is a nutritious, completely vegetarian product that has all the nutritional properties of sesame and is low in fat and cholesterol because it does not use added oil or eggs in its formulation. Also, due to the pleasant aroma and taste of this product, it can be used with a variety of Iranian and Western dishes, as well as various salads.
How to make a vegetarian wrap sandwich with Oghab plain sesame sauce
- Wash the eggplant and zucchini and cut them into thin lengthwise slices.
- Wash the carrots and cut them into thin strips.
- Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
Note: The thinner you cut the vegetables, the thinner the vegetarian wrap will be and the better it will look.
- Grease the bottom of the pan with frying oil containing Oqab sesame oil and then fry both sides of the eggplant, zucchini and carrot slices separately.
Note: Adding pepper gives the zucchini a better flavor, we recommend adding a little pepper to it when frying the zucchini.
- Fry the mushrooms and add a little salt and pepper to it.
- Pour a little Oghab simple sesame sauce (in a zigzag pattern) on the tortilla bread. Then place the zucchini slices, eggplant, carrot strips, and fried mushrooms on the tortilla bread in order. Finally, add the simple Oghab sesame sauce again on the ingredients.
- Wrap the vegetable wrap sandwich.
- Grease the bottom of a grill pan with frying oil containing Oghab sesame oil and give it a little time for the oil to heat up.
- Fry the vegetable wrap until the tortilla bread turns golden brown.
- You can use lettuce and cherry tomatoes as a decoration, along with your delicious meal.
