How to make sesame ginger cookies

The warm nature of sesame and ginger and their combination in cookie form can be a good snack for cold winter days. In this blog, we are going to share with you the recipe for ginger sesame cookies. The preparation time is 30 minutes and it is recommended for people with a cold temperament.

Ingredients

  • 40 grams of chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 20 grams (1 tablespoon) of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of Oghab sesame
  • 15 grams of honey
  • Almonds or cinnamon sticks as needed for decoration

How to prepare

First, set the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Then mix the chopped almonds, sugar, ginger and Oghab sesame together: preferably, pour the necessary ingredients into a mixer until they are completely combined.

Then combine the prepared ingredients with butter and honey to prepare the desired dough for baking cookies.

Divide the dough into 6 parts and shape each part into a ball; then place the dough on the tray and spread them slightly with a rolling pin on the surface of the tray. You can use cinnamon, almonds or slices to decorate.

Place the tray in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes and wait until the cookies turn golden.
