Cake with tahini and date molasses

Ingredients for making a cake with tahini and date molasses

Oghab’s tahini: half a cup

Oghab refined sesame oil: half a cup

Eggs: 3 pieces

Butter: 3 tablespoons

Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Vanilla: 1/4 teaspoon

Oghab date molasses: 1 cup

Chopped walnuts: 1 cup

Oghab’s sesame: 2 tablespoons

Flour: 2 cups

Instructions

First, set the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

Mix the eggs until foamy, add the butter and Eagle refined sesame oil to it and mix the ingredients again.

Then add Oghab date molasses and tahini to the mixture and mix with Oghab sesame, vanilla and half a cup of walnuts.

Sift the baking powder and flour and mix the ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a uniform mixture.

Then pour the ingredients into a greased mold and add the remaining walnuts.

Place the mold in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
