Sesame cookies have a simple recipe and are ready in 35 minutes.
Ingredients for making sesame cookies
- 2 cups of Oghab sesame seeds
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of Oghab sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of chopped chocolate
How to make sesame cookies
1- First, turn on the oven and let it heat up to 200 degrees Celsius.
2- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
3- Next, add the sesame seeds, sugar, sesame oil, eggs, and vanilla to the mixture and mix well until it forms a smooth dough.
4- Shape the dough into a dome shape (try to make the dough the same shape and size).
5- Grease the baking tray or cover the tray with greaseproof paper.
6- Arrange the dough on the trays with a gap and put it in the oven for 5 minutes. After it turns golden, remove the cookies from the oven to cool.
7- Melt the chocolates using steam. You can also use a microwave to liquefy the chocolates.
8- Spread the chocolate between two cookies and stick the two cookies together.
Your sesame cookies are ready, you can put them in a sealed container and eat them with tea or milk for breakfast.
